COVID-19 Questions and Updates
Dear Patient,
As a valued member of our community, we appreciate the trust you place in us and want to inform you about how we are addressing the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
We are closely monitoring events in our local community and continuously updating our policies and protocols as a result of new information.
Please know that our office is following all recommended guidance from public health authorities, including best practices for hygiene, infection control, and medical professional team health. We feel confident in our ability to continue seeing patients and providing primary care that you have come to expect and deserve.
Our highest priority is to keep all of our patients and staff as safe as possible.
Vaccines in Office
We do not plan on providing COVID-19 vaccines through our office. If you are in need of other immunizations please contact our office directly and we will be happy to schedule you an appointment.
Who is eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine?
Children ages 5 to 11 are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. They will be given a children's dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech.
Children and teens ages 12 to 17 are eligible to receive a normal dose of the Pfizer vaccine.
Everyone 18 and older who lives, works, or studies in Connecticut is currently eligible for all COVID-19 vaccines.

Booster Shots
If you received Pfizer or Moderna
You are eligible for a booster if you are:​
12 years or older
Ages 12-17 can receive a Pfizer booster
When to get a booster:
At least 5 months after your second shot
If you received Johnson & Johnson
You are eligible for a booster if you are:
12 years or older
When to get a booster:
At least 2 months after your shot

Second Booster
You are eligible for a second booster if you are:
50 years or older
Immunocompromised aged 12 years or older
Has been at least 4 months since your first booster
